So, many of you were eager to register to win $50,000 with the Keller Williams mobile app giveaway. We had a TREMENDOUS response to the contest! We were so excited as a team to see the numbers coming in each day for those of you who took the time to download the app, enter my agent code and register to win your own stack of cash from Keller Williams!


As an internal competition among our Keller Williams Indy Metro NE office, I was delighted to learn at our March Mania awards meeting that I won the Mobile App Download Contest within our office, based upon the downloads! Keller Williams awarded me with an incredible trip to Naples, Florida! And, to add delight to that announcement, KW Indy Metro NE handed out an assortment of awesome prizes to its Realtors for the hard work. The grand prize was a 60″ Samsung TV and I won that as well! WOW!

Been Thinking of Selling Your Home?

The Spring housing market it is about to bloom. And, if you’ve been thinking of selling your home, it’s the time to take the steps to do so.


Shake off winter. The winter temperatures were brutal. You may have decided to hold on listing your home because of that alone. But, as Spring has started to reveal itself, it’s a great time to sell your home.

Be fresh on the market. The market is indicating that over half of all home transactions in 2014 will be bought and sold from May to August. By listing now, you can take advantage of being a new listing during the start of the selling season before buyers start thinking of back to school.

Get price comparatives. As your Realtor, we can look at the comps of similar homes in your area to see what is selling, and for how much. This baseline will give us a great picture of how to price your home to sell.

Take advantage of less competition. By listing soon, you will have less competition than when the rush of homes hit the market in May and June.

Enhance outdoor living spaces. These living spaces are such great selling features. Showing the expansion of the home’s space in outdoor living areas is an asset in selling now.

Get Pre-Qualified.

Pre-qualification is one of the smartest things you can do to help your home buying process run smoothly. Why?


Getting pre-qualified is quick, easy and free…and it gives you an estimate in advance of what loan amount you will be able to borrow and determine the loan type that’s right for you. Pre-qualification can even be done online. The lender will review your finances and estimate the amount of loan for which you may qualify. This pre-qualification is not guaranteed or considered to be any type of loan commitment…it’s simply a tool for you to know your borrowing power.

In addition, loan guarantees are offered on a variety of government sponsored mortgage programs and enable mortgage lenders to provide USDA mortgages. What is a USDA home loan? Well, this type of loan assists borrowers who would not traditionally be able to get approved.
