So you’ve decided to sell your home, maybe it’s been on the market for awhile or maybe you’ve already bought a new home and need to sell ASAP.  It is important to focus on these few tips in order to get the most out of your house.  One important thing to do is double check your square footage.  Often times the square footage of your house is more than the county assessor has recorded.  Just even a few more square feet can allow you to sell your home at a larger profit! Indiana’s Housing Market Continuing to Rise

The Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors (MIBOR) revealed that the number of closed sales in the housing market in central Indiana has increased by 16.6% in a mere 3 month time span ending in July of 2012 when compared with the same three months in 2011.  In June alone the closed sales increased by 15.5% a staggering accomplishment taking into consideration the poor condition that the housing market has been plagued with lately.  The average median price for a single family home is up 5.3% for the quarter bringing it to $135,000.  With data like this continuing to come out it is clear that not only is it a good time to sell your home but a good time to buy as well.  If you wish to check out more data concerning not only Indiana but your particular county/area check here.  And as always feel free to contact me with any questions or requests to see homes!

Financing Your New Home With No Money Down

Open Houses You Don’t Want To Miss
